Clozure review
Puts email, calendar, CRM and meetings in one place, with AI doing the first draft

Is it worth it?
You know the shape of the problem before you can name it. Leads sitting in a spreadsheet, a follow up you meant to send on Tuesday, three tools that don't talk to each other, and a calendar that somehow has two versions of the truth. Clozure is aimed squarely at that. It's a hosted web app that puts email, calendar, CRM and meeting booking in one place, then layers AI on top to draft outreach, enrich lead records and run what it calls AI department heads for sales, marketing and lead generation. Worth being clear about what that last bit means. The page promises autonomous AI that helps you close more and work less. That's the seller's claim, and there's no evidence offered for how much time or revenue anyone actually gained. Treat the AI parts as assistants that need your review, not staff you can walk away from. Practically, it replaces a stack. If you're currently paying for a CRM, a scheduler and an outreach tool separately, $99 a month may be roughly a wash or cheaper. If you're running on a free CRM and a Gmail inbox, it's a real new cost, about $1,188 a year, and the value depends entirely on whether you actually work inside it daily. Software like this dies quietly when people drift back to their inbox.
Pros
- One workspace instead of three subscriptions
- Access is instant, nothing to install
- Two way sync with Google and Outlook calendars
- Works on any browser, desktop or phone
Cons
- The 14-day trial costs $99 up front, it isn't free
- No detail on seat limits, usage caps or which AI models it uses
- Nothing on the page about exporting your CRM data if you leave
What you get
You get a login, not a download. An email arrives within about five minutes with a magic link to set up your account on Clozure's hosted web app. Inside there's an AI email assistant, two way calendar sync with Google or Outlook, a CRM with pipeline and lead enrichment, meeting scheduling with RSVP and reminders, analytics, team collaboration, and configurable AI department heads for sales, marketing and lead gen.
Before you buy
- Add up what your current CRM, scheduler and email tools cost, so you know if this is a saving or an extra bill
- Set a calendar reminder before day 14, since cancelling goes through ClickBank order support or support@clozure.net
- Test the Outlook or Google sync on day one, because everything else depends on it working
Who it suits
Small sales teams and solo founders already juggling a CRM, a scheduler and cold outreach who want them under one login
