Is it worth it?

You're probably here because you want a business that isn't another job, and the name has done its work on you. The idea that ordinary card transactions, the ones happening all day in every shop, could be working for you as well. That's an appealing thought and worth understanding properly. Trouble is, the page in front of you doesn't explain it. What you get is a closing page: urgency, a 30 day guarantee, and a long block of legal text. The legal text is the most informative part of the whole thing. It says this is an education and training company, that there's an Advanced Training tier above whatever you buy first, that they track completed transactions and survey responses rather than any financial result, and that many customers don't continue, don't apply what they learn, or try and find it hard going. That's unusually frank and I'd take it at face value. So it might be a perfectly reasonable course on the payments side of retail. It might also be nothing like what you pictured, and nothing on this page lets you tell which. The single most important thing the page leaves out is that this bills again after your first payment. Nail that down, along with what actually lands on day one, before you hand over a card.

Pros

  • 30 day refund window, stated plainly
  • Small print is honest about most people not finishing
  • Training, not a promise of income
  • Low entry cost compared to any real business course

Cons

  • Page never says what you actually receive, or in what format
  • Recurring billing is not mentioned anywhere on the checkout page
  • An Advanced Training upsell clearly exists above the entry price

What you get

Honestly, the page doesn't say. There's no module list, no lesson count, no format, no mention of whether it's video, live calls or documents. What the small print does confirm: it's an education and training company, there's a tier above the entry level called Advanced Training, billing repeats rather than being one payment, and a 30 day money-back guarantee applies.

Before you buy

  • Confirm the price, the billing interval, and when the second charge lands
  • Ask what's delivered on day one and how many hours it takes to work through
  • Check in writing whether the 30 day guarantee also covers a renewal charge

Who it suits

Someone curious about the payments side of retail who can afford a small monthly cost and will cancel quickly if the first week doesn't deliver. Not for anyone who needs to know exactly what they're buying before paying.
