Gaslighting Recovery Protocol review
A self-guided workbook for people rebuilding trust in their own judgement after manipulation

Is it worth it?
If you've spent months feeling like you're the problem, replaying conversations, checking your own memory against someone else's version of it, that second-guessing is exhausting in a way that's hard to explain to anyone who hasn't lived in it. That's the state this is written for. It's a self-help workbook, not therapy, and it says so plainly in its own small print: it's not counselling, not treatment, and not a substitute for professional care. Worth respecting that honesty. What it actually offers is language and structure. Reading a clear description of how manipulation works, and then doing written exercises on boundaries and self-trust, can be the thing that makes a fog-bound situation legible. For a lot of people that shift, oh, that has a name, and other people have been through it, is genuinely the turning point. Where it's thin is detail. The page is nearly all promise and disclaimer, with no sample chapter, no author named, no indication of whether it's a 30-page PDF or a full course. You're buying somewhat blind. The 60-day refund window is generous, though, so the real risk is your time more than your money. If you're currently in danger, or in crisis, skip this and get a person on the phone instead.
Pros
- 60-day refund window, which is longer than most
- Arrives instantly, so you can start the same night
- Private and self-paced, nobody has to know you bought it
- Costs a fraction of even one therapy session
Cons
- The page never says what you actually get: no page count, format or module list
- No author or credentials named, and no sample to preview
- It's reading and journalling, so it only works if you actually do the exercises
What you get
A downloadable self-help programme delivered as digital files straight after payment. Nothing is posted to you, and the images of books and tablets on the page are mockups. The contents are described as a step-by-step system: information on how manipulation works, plus exercises, reflection prompts and practical tools covering boundaries, self-trust and recovery. The page doesn't list a page count, module count or format.
Before you buy
- Check the price and exactly which files are included on the checkout page before paying
- Note the refund process and the date your 60 days ends
- If you're still in the situation rather than out of it, or you're in crisis, get real-world support first, this is a reflection tool, not a safety plan
Who it suits
Someone out of, or on the way out of, a manipulative relationship who wants private structure and language for what happened
