Is it worth it?

You sit down at 9 with a clear plan, and by 9:40 you're somewhere else. Not because anyone called, not because the work was impossible. You just left. And the annoying part is you can't say why, so next week you try the same thing again with a stricter timer. FocusFix starts from the idea that the timer was never the problem. Its opening exercise asks you to replay the last minute of three sessions you walked away from and write down, for each, the feeling in one word, where you felt it in your body, and the first thing you did to escape. Whatever repeats is the thing the other thirteen modules are built around. It's a writing kit, not a reading one. Five PDFs and a spreadsheet, 76 pages, and the seller says plainly that blank pages do nothing. That honesty runs through the page: it says outright this isn't treatment for ADHD, anxiety or depression, there's no app, and if you want to read rather than write you'll waste your money. Refreshing, and rare. What it really offers is a change in how you see your own quitting: not laziness, but a specific feeling arriving at a specific moment. For a lot of people that reframe alone is worth $39. It won't fix a clinical attention problem, and nobody has tested whether the method works. But as a structured hour with yourself, it's cheap.

Pros

  • Honest about what it isn't, including who shouldn't buy
  • One payment, no login, no subscription, files are yours
  • Concrete first exercise you can do tonight in ten minutes
  • Page counts and file sizes stated rather than vaguely implied

Cons

  • Useless if you don't actually write in it
  • No evidence beyond the seller's own reasoning that naming the feeling changes the habit
  • Page never says how long the 14 modules take, whether the PDFs are fillable or print only, or how long your download link stays live

What you get

Five PDFs and one Excel file, downloaded straight after payment. A 3 page quick start, a 41 page core guide, a 17 page workbook you write in, a 7 page reference bank and an 8 page bonus pack, so 76 pages total, plus a 6 KB spreadsheet. Fourteen modules and four bonuses. Module 1 has you replay three abandoned work sessions and name the feeling in one word.

Before you buy

  • It's $39 once through ClickBank, so that's the name on your statement, and the 60 day refund goes through them, not the seller
  • Decide honestly whether you'll sit and write three rows, because that's the whole hinge of it
  • If you suspect ADHD, anxiety or depression is the real driver, spend the $39 toward a clinician instead

Who it suits

Deadline-bound professionals and students who quit sessions without knowing why and will genuinely do written exercises.
