Is it worth it?
It's usually one specific thing that sends you looking. He's gone quiet and you don't know why. You had one good conversation with someone and can't work out how to have another. Or someone left and you keep re-reading the last messages. Meet Your Sweet is built for exactly that, a set of relationship guides split by gender and by problem, so you pick the one matching where you're stuck rather than buying a general course on love. The honest way to think about it is that this is perspective, not therapy. Something like Why Men Pull Away or Relationship Recovery hands you a framework for reading a situation you're currently reading through panic, and that's worth real money, well under what a few counselling sessions cost.
