Is it worth it?
It's twenty minutes to kickoff, the game isn't on anything you pay for, and you're somewhere United coverage is whatever you can find. Or you just want somewhere to argue about the midfield with people who care as much as you do. That's who ends up here. ManUtdPeople is a forum that's been going since 2009, built on MyBB, which is why it looks like a message board from 2009. The Live Stream section puts up a thread per fixture with links in it. The rest is news, transfer talk, chants, a history corner and a general chat room. Registering is free. Gold is the paid tier, and the sales page doesn't say what it unlocks, what it costs, or whether you can get a refund. That's the main thing to go in knowing. It's recurring, so it keeps billing until you cancel it. The numbers are worth a look too. 31,308 members but only 20,051 posts in total across seventeen years, and the snapshot of who's online showed 325 people with zero of them logged in. Threads do get posted (the last few are recent), but this is a small, quiet board, not a busy one. The stream links are fan-posted third party links, not a broadcast you're buying, so quality and whether they work on the night are out of anyone's control.
