Is it worth it?
You've read the same messages a dozen times looking for the exact point it turned. Maybe you've drafted something and deleted it twice. That's who this is for: someone whose relationship has ended, or is ending, and who can't stop replaying it. Relationship Rewrite Method sells itself the way that whole catalogue does, with a long video you sit through before anything gets explained. There's a link to skip to the text version, and I'd use it. What it actually is, underneath, is a perspective shift. It hands you a theory about what men respond to emotionally and asks you to reread your relationship through it. Whether that theory is literally true matters less than what it does.
