Is it worth it?
You're probably here because the Google Workspace bill crept up again. Every new hire, every contractor, every shared address is another $6 to $12 a month, and half of them barely get used. Or you've got a domain and sending invoices from a gmail address has started to look amateur. TrekMail's answer is to stop charging per seat. One flat price covers mailboxes across up to 1,000 domains, so adding a person, or a whole second brand, doesn't change the bill. That's genuinely different from how Google and Microsoft price it, and for a team that keeps growing or runs several domains it's where the money is. Day to day it's ordinary email. It speaks IMAP, SMTP, CalDAV and CardDAV, so Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the Gmail app connect the usual way, and there's webmail if you'd rather not set anything up. Migration pulls your old mail over from Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP host, in the background, which for a mailbox with ten thousand messages is the difference between a lost afternoon and a coffee. What the page won't tell you is the actual price. It says flat over and over without a number, so you have to click through to plans to find out. Deliverability is the other thing to watch. They handle SPF, DKIM and DMARC for you, which matters, but a smaller provider's sending reputation is something you only really judge once your mail is flowing through it.
