BioDentex review
A daily capsule aimed at supporting teeth and gums, with thin evidence behind it

Is it worth it?
If your gums bleed when you brush, or a dentist has mentioned recession or a soft spot, it sits with you. Dental work is expensive and enamel does not grow back. So a capsule that promises to support your teeth from the inside is an easy thing to want. BioDentex is a daily oral health supplement in capsule form. The named ingredients are xylitol, stevia, peppermint, carrot powder, grape seed extract and cranberry, part of what the page calls a blend of 11+ ingredients. Worth knowing: xylitol genuinely does have research behind it for tooth decay, but that research is on gum, mints and lozenges, things that sit in your mouth and change the environment there. Swallowed in a capsule, it goes straight past your teeth. The page does not explain how the rest is meant to work either. It says backed by clinical research without naming a single study, and the research scientist quoted is not someone you can look up and check. The five star quotes are just quotes. That does not make it worthless. Cranberry and grape seed polyphenols are decent general nutrition, and your gums do notice if you eat badly. But it is not a replacement for flossing, a scale and polish, or getting that one sore tooth looked at. If you are buying it to avoid the dentist, it will not do that.
Pros
- Six main ingredients named openly, not hidden behind a code word
- No stimulants, so it will not mess with your sleep
- Ingredients are low risk for most people
- Works out cheaper per bottle on the larger bundles
Cons
- Swallowed capsules bypass the mouth, which is where xylitol has actual evidence
- No amounts given for anything, just a proprietary blend of 11+ ingredients
- Clinical research is claimed but no study is named, and the doctor cannot be verified

What you get
Bottles of capsules taken daily, posted to you. The page pushes 3 and 6 bottle bundles, because that is what unlocks the bonuses: digital guides called Natural Smile Care Guide and Strong Gums Daily, each given a $109 value, plus a third. Those are downloads, not anything physical. No price is shown until you pick a bundle, and no ingredient amounts are listed anywhere.
Before you buy
- Check at checkout whether you are buying once or signing up to an auto refill, and what the repeat charge is
- Find the refund window and whether opened bottles still count, before committing to 6 bottles
- If your gums bleed regularly or a tooth hurts, book a dentist first, no supplement treats that
Who it suits
Someone with solid dental habits who wants a low risk nutrition top up and knows it is not treatment
