Is it worth it?
If you're on a GLP-1, or just eating a lot less than you used to, the scale is probably moving. What worries people at this stage usually isn't the number, it's the mirror. You feel softer, you tire faster, and you've read that a chunk of what's going is muscle. That's the fear this is aimed at. It's an Antarctic krill oil supplement, capsules you take daily alongside whatever you're already doing. Krill oil is a genuine omega-3 source, and there's reasonable general evidence for omega-3s on inflammation, plus weaker evidence on preserving lean mass when combined with enough protein and some resistance training. What the page leans on is far stronger than that: a double blind trial it says used this exact oil, where the krill group lost 96% fat and only 4% muscle, against 73% and 27% for placebo. Striking numbers, but the page names no journal, no researchers and no participant count, so you can't go and check it. Treat it as the seller's claim rather than settled fact. Realistically, no capsule protects muscle by itself. Protein intake and resistance work do the heavy lifting; a supplement sits on top of them. If you already have those in place and want to add an omega-3, this is a fair option. If you're hoping it replaces them, it won't.
Pros
- Krill oil is a real omega-3 source, not an invented ingredient
- Aims at a genuine problem with fast weight loss
- Simple to take, no plan or routine to follow
- Fits alongside a GLP-1 or a diet you're already on
Cons
- The headline trial figures are uncited, so you can't verify them
- Recurring billing, and the page doesn't show price or cycle
- Does little on its own without protein and some strength work

What you get
Capsules of Antarctic krill oil, posted to you as a physical bottle rather than anything you download. The page text doesn't state the capsule count, the dose per serving, or the omega-3 content, so check the label at checkout. You take it daily with food. It's set up as a repeat subscription, so expect a fresh bottle and a fresh charge on a cycle unless you cancel.
Before you buy
- Find the price, how often it rebills and how to cancel before you order
- Skip it if you're allergic to shellfish, and check with a doctor if you take blood thinners or are on a GLP-1
- Check the refund window and whether it covers opened bottles
