Cholibrium (Simple Promise) review
A ten mushroom capsule aimed at general heart and cholesterol support

Is it worth it?
Most people who land on Cholibrium have just had bloodwork come back with a number they didn't like, or a doctor who said "let's keep an eye on that". You're not ill exactly, but you'd rather not end up on a statin, and a bottle of mushroom capsules feels like a gentler place to start. Here's the honest picture. Cholibrium is a blend of ten mushroom extracts: Reishi, Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Shiitake, Maitake, Turkey Tail, Chaga, Royal Agaricus, white button and black fungus. A few of these have genuine research attached. Shiitake contains eritadenine, and several are high in beta-glucans, a fibre that can nudge LDL down a little. The catch is that the studies behind these ingredients tend to be small, often in animals, and the effects modest. The page hangs footnote numbers off every claim but never shows you the studies, and it carefully says "already within a healthy range", which is the standard wording for a supplement not claiming to treat anything. So treat it as general support, not a fix. If your numbers are genuinely high, this isn't what brings them down, and dropping real treatment to try it would be a poor trade. If they're borderline and you're already working on food and walking, it's a reasonable thing to add, with a long refund window behind it.
Pros
- 365 day money back guarantee, far longer than most
- One-off purchase, no subscription to cancel
- Ten named mushrooms, not a vague blend name
- Simple to take: two capsules before a meal
Cons
- Page gives footnote numbers but never shows the actual studies
- No ingredient amounts listed, so you can't tell if doses are meaningful
- Price, bottle size and days supply aren't stated anywhere on the page
Cholibrium (Simple Promise)
A ten mushroom capsule aimed at general heart and cholesterol support
What you get
A bottle of capsules, taken two a day, ideally 20 to 30 minutes before a meal with a large glass of water. Inside is a blend of ten mushroom extracts. The page says it's made in a cGMP certified facility, non-GMO and gluten free, but it never tells you how many capsules are in a bottle, how many milligrams of each mushroom you get, or the price.
Before you buy
- Check the price and how many capsules per bottle before you commit
- Ask whether the refund covers shipping and needs bottles returned
- If you take blood thinners or statins, run the mushroom list past your doctor first
Who it suits
Someone with borderline numbers who wants a gentle daily add-on, not someone trying to replace prescribed treatment
