Is it worth it?
You know the loop. You get into bed knackered, and then your brain switches on. You do the maths on how many hours are left. You get up at seven feeling like you've been hit by something, run on coffee until two, crash, and repeat. That's who this is aimed at. ChronoBoost Pro is a capsule supplement pitched as a 3-in-1 for sleep, energy and brain health. Some of what's in it is genuinely well-trodden ground for sleep: magnesium, L-theanine, chamomile and lemon balm all show up in ordinary sleep formulas, and plenty of people find that sort of blend helps them wind down. That part is reasonable. The rest of the page is doing a lot of work. Claims about detoxing your brain, astronaut nutrition, Maori herbal wisdom and 74,783 users including Hollywood names are the seller's claims, offered without any study or source you can check. Take them as advertising, not evidence. The practical read: if your problem is that you're wired at bedtime, this is a plausible thing to try for a month or two. If your problem is snoring, waking gasping, pain, or fatigue that's been building for months, a supplement isn't the answer and you want a GP instead.
Pros
- Contains ingredients commonly used for sleep, not just filler
- One capsule routine, nothing to learn or follow
- One-off purchase rather than a subscription
- Vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO if that matters to you
Cons
- Big claims about brain detox and celebrity users with nothing to back them up
- Page doesn't give a price, dosage, bottle size or delivery time up front
- St John's Wort interacts with a lot of medication, including antidepressants and the contraceptive pill
What you get
Bottles of capsules you swallow, typically with water in the evening. The blend is built around sleep and calm ingredients: magnesium, GABA, L-theanine, L-tryptophan, inositol, taurine, chamomile, lemon balm, St John's Wort, calcium and vitamin B6, plus others the page groups under 18-plus herbs. No app, no programme, no coaching. You take it, you sleep, you see how mornings go.
Before you buy
- Check the St John's Wort against anything you currently take, and ask a pharmacist if you're unsure
- Find the refund window and the actual price per bottle before you click, including any multi-bottle upsells
- Rule out the boring causes first: caffeine after lunch, a bedroom that's too warm, phone in bed
Who it suits
People who are basically healthy but wired at bedtime and want to try a sleep blend before anything bigger. Not for anyone on regular medication, pregnant, or with symptoms that need a doctor.
