Is it worth it?

If your lower back grumbles every time you do a set of sit-ups, or you've done hundreds of crunches over the years and your midsection still looks the same, you're the person this is aimed at. It leans on the idea that repeated spinal flexion isn't great for discs, which comes from real spine biomechanics research out of Waterloo, though the sales page stretches that into promises about doubling results in half the time that it doesn't back up. Take the promises as promises. What you're actually buying is a coherent core programme: isometric holds, planks and variations, anti-rotation work, progressive over several weeks. That style of training is well regarded and genuinely easier on the back than endless crunches. It's not a secret, but having it laid out with a schedule and video demos is worth something if you'd otherwise flounder. The honest catch is the abs part. Visible definition is mostly body fat, and no core programme changes that on its own. If you're already lean and want a stronger, more stable midsection that doesn't hurt, you'll likely be pleased. If you're hoping the workouts alone reveal a six-pack, you'll be disappointed regardless of how good the programme is.

Pros

  • Isometric and anti-rotation work is a sound, well-supported approach
  • Written by a coach with real strength and conditioning credentials
  • Video demos mean you can see the positions rather than guess
  • Gentler on the spine than high-volume crunching

Cons

  • Sales page promises (double results, half the time) come with no evidence attached
  • Visible abs depend on body fat, which the workouts alone won't fix
  • Listed as recurring billing, so check whether you're signing up to ongoing charges
  • Little of the content is genuinely unavailable elsewhere for free

What you get

A digital core training programme from strength coach Brian Klepacki: a structured multi-week plan of workouts built on isometric holds, anti-rotation and bracing work rather than crunches or sit-ups, with follow-along videos, an exercise library and a printable schedule. Delivered as downloads or login access straight after purchase. Some versions bundle nutrition notes and bonus routines.

Before you buy

  • Confirm the exact price and whether anything rebills monthly before you enter card details
  • Check the refund window and who to email, since it isn't stated up front
  • If you already have back pain or a diagnosed disc issue, clear it with a physio first, this is a general programme, not rehab

Who it suits
