A sleep-focused programme that claims to help you reverse type 2 diabetes

Is it worth it?
If you've been told your blood sugar is heading the wrong way, or you're already on metformin and watching the numbers creep up anyway, it's a grinding thing to live with. And if you're sleeping badly on top of it, awake at 3am doing sums about your own health, this ad will find you at exactly the right moment. That's what it's built for. The fair part: the link between poor sleep and insulin resistance is real and taken seriously by researchers. If this programme gets you to protect your sleep, that's not nothing. Sleep is one of the few levers people with type 2 diabetes rarely pull. The unfair part: the page promises diabetes reversal and blames a "lethal breakfast drink", and offers no evidence for either. Those are the seller's claims, not demonstrated results. Listing Harvard and Johns Hopkins on a page is not the same as those institutions testing this programme, and none of the references shown are tied to a specific claim. The page also hides what you're actually buying until after the video. So treat it as a sleep and lifestyle guide, not a treatment. If it nudges your sleep habits, good. Don't change or stop medication over it, and don't expect your A1c to move because you bought a download.
Pros
- One-off payment, no subscription to cancel
- Sleep really does matter for blood sugar control
- Nothing in it stops you doing it alongside your usual care
- Bought through ClickBank, so a refund request is straightforward
Cons
- No evidence offered for the reversal claim or the breakfast drink story
- Page hides the price, format and length until you've watched the video
- A video sales letter with a long lead-in wastes your time before you can decide
What you get
The page won't say. There's a video you have to sit through before any details appear, and no list of what arrives, how long it is, or whether it's a PDF, audio, or video course. It's sold through ClickBank as a one-off digital purchase with no recurring billing, so expect a download link by email rather than anything in the post.
Before you buy
- Check the refund window on your receipt and diarise the end date
- Ask your GP or diabetes nurse before changing anything about food or medication
- If you suspect sleep apnoea, get that looked at properly first, a download won't touch it
Who it suits
Someone with type 2 diabetes who sleeps badly and wants habit advice, as long as they read it as a lifestyle guide and not a cure
