Is it worth it?
Most people who end up reading this page have been quietly living with it for a while. Maybe the pills worked and then stopped, or you never wanted to be on them, or you've started avoiding the situation altogether so you don't have to face it going wrong again. That's a miserable place to be, and it's usually why someone goes looking. The Erectile Master is a home exercise programme from Christian Goodman, who describes himself as a former couples therapist rather than a doctor. The pitch is that targeted exercises deal with the cause instead of masking it. Worth saying plainly: pelvic floor training does have real research behind it for ED, so the underlying idea isn't nonsense. The sales page is a different matter. "Success 100% guaranteed", works whether you're 18 or 80, permanently fixes the problem: those are the seller's claims, given without a single study or number to stand on. The line about prescription medication causing worse ED later is asserted, not evidenced. The bigger gap is what the page doesn't mention. ED is often an early sign of heart disease, diabetes or low testosterone. Exercises won't touch any of those. Get it checked, then try this alongside. As a cheap, private routine to work at for a couple of months, fine. As the cure it promises, no.
Pros
- The exercise approach behind it has genuine research support
- Private, no appointments, no prescriptions
- Discreet enough to fit into an ordinary day
- One-off purchase, no ongoing billing
Cons
- Big promises with no evidence at all offered for them
- Page never says the price, the format, or how long the programme runs
- Ignores the medical causes of ED that exercises can't fix
What you get
A digital programme of exercises you do at home, described as discreet enough to do at a red light or in a meeting, which in practice points to pelvic floor and breathing work. It's by Christian Goodman. The page publishes no contents list, page count, or format, so expect a download you read through and then practise from daily.
Before you buy
- See a doctor first, because ED can be an early warning sign of heart disease or diabetes
- Check the refund window and how to claim it before you pay
- Expect to give it two or three months of daily practice before judging it
Who it suits
Men who want a private routine to work at, alongside a proper medical check, and who aren't expecting a cure
