Is it worth it?

You know the exact moment. A sneeze, a laugh, hauling a bag out of the boot, and there it goes. Maybe you've started wearing liners every day and quietly mapping toilets before you leave the house. If a nurse or physio has already told you that's your situation, this isn't your answer. If yours is more urgency, constant trips to the loo and repeat infections, the ingredients here at least point at that territory. The blend is proprietary, so you can't see how much of anything you're getting. That matters most with berberine, which is not a gentle herb and does interact with medications.
