Is it worth it?
You've probably done this before. Signed up in January, went hard for three weeks, then work got busy and the whole thing quietly fell apart. Now you'd like to feel better in your body, but you don't want another app counting every calorie or a plan that eats two hours of your evening. FITin56 is a fairly sensible answer to that. It's an eight week video programme built around roughly 30 minute follow along sessions with a trainer called Daniel. You pick one of three tracks depending on whether you're starting from scratch, mainly after fat loss, or wanting to build muscle, and each track steps up through three phases so it gets harder as you go. The demo library is genuinely handy if you're not confident what a proper hip hinge or row should look like. What you're really buying is structure, and someone telling you what today's session is. That matters more than it sounds. Most people don't stall because they lack information, they stall because they have to decide every morning. Worth knowing: 15 workouts spread over 56 days means you repeat sessions, so don't expect a fresh video daily. The page promises the best shape of your life in 56 days, which is advertising and offered without any evidence. The quieter claim underneath, that two months of consistent short workouts and better food will change how you feel, is reasonable enough.
Pros
- Short sessions that realistically fit a weekday
- Three tracks so beginners and stronger people aren't doing the same thing
- Form demo videos for every movement
- Tells you exactly what to do each day, no planning needed
Cons
- Billing is recurring, so it keeps charging after the 56 days unless you cancel
- Only 15 workout videos, so sessions repeat across the eight weeks
- Page never states price, equipment needed, or refund terms
What you get
Digital membership with 15 full length follow along workout videos (about 30 minutes each) led by trainer Daniel, plus a searchable library of over 100 short exercise demos. You choose one of three tracks (Fitness, Lean or Muscle), each running through Foundation, Build and Intensity phases across the 56 days. An anti inflammatory, low glycemic nutrition program is included alongside the training.
Before you buy
- Find the exact recurring amount, how often it bills, and how to cancel before you enter card details
- Check what equipment is assumed (dumbbells, bands, floor space), since the page doesn't say
- If you've been inactive for years or have a bad back or knee, run it past a doctor first
Who it suits
Someone reasonably healthy who wants a ready made home routine and a bit of accountability for two months
