Is it worth it?
If you're up three times a night, or you stand at the urinals for what feels like a minute waiting for something to happen, you already know how much headspace this takes up. You're probably also putting off the doctor's appointment. That's who this page is written for. FlowForce Max is a chewable version of the usual prostate supplement formula, built around saw palmetto and flower pollen extract, both of which have at least been studied for urinary symptoms, though results in trials have been mixed and modest. Then there's a long tail of extras (fisetin, luteolin, grape seed, oregano) that don't have real evidence behind them for prostate use. The page says it works partly by protecting the bladder from fungal infections. That isn't how benign prostate enlargement works, and no study is cited. Treat the claim as advertising. Where it might genuinely help: it's easy to take, it's not a stimulant, and a daily chew is a habit people actually stick to. Just know that saw palmetto can take eight to twelve weeks to show anything, so a single 30 day bottle isn't really a fair test. And enlarged prostate symptoms overlap with things you want ruled out properly, which a chew can't do.
