Is it worth it?

Worth being clear about the reasoning behind it. The page's explanation, that grinding your teeth down deflates the soft tissue over your skull like a balloon, which crushes the skull and brain and is what we call aging, is the seller's theory. It isn't how dentistry or anatomy describes facial change, and no studies or measurements are offered, just three testimonials and a claim that around 8,000 people have used the method since 2023. One of those testimonials says outright it could be placebo. The part that deserves real caution is the mechanism it does describe: creating a posterior open bite.
