Is it worth it?

If your stomach has become the thing you plan your day around, you know the drill. Trousers that fit in the morning and don't by three. Turning down dinner because you can't predict what'll set it off. Maybe you've tried cutting things out, done a few weeks of probiotics, looked at low FODMAP and given up because the list was enormous. So a single capsule that covers all of it sounds like a relief. What's actually in it is mostly familiar. Fibre (glucomannan, oats, apple pectin, flax), prune, aloe, one probiotic strain, plus bentonite clay, which is the unusual one. Fibre and a probiotic genuinely can help some people with regularity and bloating. That's not nothing. But the page doesn't publish any study on this particular blend, and it doesn't list doses, it calls it a proprietary blend, so you can't tell if the amounts match anything useful. The "created by a top Swiss food scientist" line and the 13,643 reviews are the seller's claims, not evidence. Price is the real consideration: $69 for one month, $294 if you buy six. That's a lot to commit before you know it agrees with you. There's a 60-day refund, which matters more here than usual. Also worth knowing: black walnut is a tree nut, and glucomannan needs plenty of water.

Pros

  • Ingredients are ordinary, not exotic stimulants
  • Free shipping on every order size
  • 60-day money-back guarantee
  • One-off purchase, no subscription to cancel

Cons

  • Proprietary blend, so no individual ingredient doses given
  • $69 for a single month is steep for what's largely fibre and one probiotic strain
  • No published testing on the actual formula, just the seller's claims

What you get

Bottles of capsules, one month per bottle, sold as 1, 3 or 6. A 10-ingredient blend: bentonite clay, L. acidophilus, black walnut, aloe vera, konjac glucomannan, flax seeds, prune, oats and apple pectin. Order 3 or 6 and you also get two downloadable guides, one on a flat belly in 21 days, one a recipe book. Shipping is free.

Before you buy

  • Buy one bottle first, not six, however hard the page pushes the bundle
  • Check the nut allergy angle: it contains black walnut
  • If you're on medication or have a diagnosed gut condition, run it past your GP, clay and fibre can affect absorption

Who it suits

Someone with everyday bloating who wants a simple daily capsule and is happy to test one bottle. Not for anyone with a diagnosed condition, a nut allergy, or who'd feel the $294 loss.
