Is it worth it?
You catch yourself in the car mirror at a certain angle and there they are, those patches on your cheekbones or forehead that foundation sits on top of rather than covers. Maybe they showed up after a pregnancy, or a summer, or just quietly over a few years. You want them gone, and you'd rather not book a laser appointment to do it. Illuderma is a serum aimed at exactly that. The ingredient list is a reasonable one for a hydrating, calming serum: aloe, jojoba, hyaluronic acid, witch hazel, vitamins C and E. Vitamin C in particular has real research behind it for brightening uneven tone, so it's not nothing. Where I'd slow down is the page's central story. It says dark spots are caused by 'blue modern radiation' and that new research proves they're not about aging. That's the seller's claim, offered without any study you can go and read. Sun exposure and hormones are the usual, well documented culprits, and no serum replaces sunscreen for either. The testimonials are the other thing. One describes a week turning dry, flaky skin silky smooth and fading wrinkles. Pigmentation doesn't move that fast. With anything topical, real fading takes two to three months of daily use, and some kinds (melasma, deep sun damage) barely budge without a dermatologist. If you want a pleasant daily serum and you're patient, it's a fair thing to try. If you're expecting what the page promises, temper that.
