Is it worth it?
Maybe you've been reading peptide threads at midnight for weeks. One post says 250mcg of BPC-157, the next says 500, someone else says the whole category is a waste of money. Meanwhile your shoulder still hurts, or the scale hasn't moved, and you're tired of assembling a protocol from strangers who all contradict each other.
