Is it worth it?
If you're reading about this, you've probably started noticing your own breathing more than you used to. Stairs leave you puffing. A cough hangs around for weeks after a cold. Breathlessness that's genuinely changed usually has a cause (asthma, COPD, heart, weight, reflux) and a capsule won't sort out which. So: get the change checked first.
