Is it worth it?

You walk into the kitchen and forget why you went. A name sits just out of reach mid sentence. Maybe you're in your fifties and it unnerves you, or you're thirty and running on five hours' sleep and too much stress, and your head feels packed with wool. That's the person this is pitched at. Neura is four ingredients in a capsule. Bacopa monnieri is the one with the most genuine human research behind it for memory, and the trials that found anything ran for weeks and months, not days, so if you try this you judge it after a couple of bottles, not on Thursday. Lion's Mane has early research and a lot of enthusiasm ahead of the evidence. Goji and Shilajit are general antioxidant and mineral support rather than memory ingredients. The promises about memory, focus and clarity are the seller's promises, and each one carries the asterisk saying the FDA hasn't evaluated them. The page says every ingredient is at a "researched dosage" but won't tell you what those doses are, which is the exact thing that decides whether a Bacopa product does anything at all. In its favour: no recurring billing, and a 90 day refund window, which is genuinely long enough to finish a supply and decide honestly.

Pros

  • One off purchase, no subscription to cancel
  • 90 day refund window, long enough to actually test it
  • Bacopa is a real memory ingredient with human research behind it
  • Short ingredient list, easy to check against anything else you take

Cons

  • No dose amounts published, so you can't tell if the Bacopa is at a useful level
  • Claims are unevaluated by the FDA and the page offers no study data of its own
  • Nothing about capsule count, delivery time, or whether refunds need the bottles returned

What you get

Bottles of a capsule supplement, shipped to you. The formula is four ingredients: Lion's Mane mushroom extract, goji (wolfberry) extract, Bacopa monnieri and Shilajit resin. You take it daily with food and keep taking it. The page never states capsule count per bottle, serving size, or the actual milligram dose of anything, so you find that out when it arrives.

Before you buy

  • Expect around $59 plus $4.95 shipping for one bottle, roughly $147 for three or $234 for six
  • Check the label against any medication you take, Bacopa in particular interacts with some drugs
  • Decide up front to give it two or three months, a single bottle won't tell you anything

Who it suits

Someone whose fog is mild and lifestyle driven, who can spend around $150 on a two to three month trial and is happy that the refund window covers them. If your memory changes are new, fast or worrying you, see a doctor first rather than a supplement.
