Is it worth it?
If you've been trying a while, you know the shape of a month by now. The hopeful bit, the waiting bit, then the part where you bin the test and tell yourself next time. It's draining, and it gets expensive fast once you're in a clinic. So a book saying the answer is natural, at home, and cheap is going to catch your eye. That's what this is. The page promises pregnancy in 60 days and calls the system clinically proven. Those are the seller's words, and no study, trial or reference is given anywhere to back them up. Worth weighing heavily, because this is a medical problem, not a mindset one. Where it can genuinely help: diet, weight, sleep, stress, drinking, and properly understanding when you ovulate all do matter, and having that laid out as one calm plan is worth something when you feel out of control. Reading it gives you something to do, which counts when doing nothing is the hard part. What it can't do is diagnose blocked tubes, endometriosis, PCOS or a low sperm count. If one of those is what's going on, no ebook shifts it, and sixty days spent on a plan is sixty days not spent getting tested.
