Is it worth it?
You run your tongue over a sore spot, or you see blood in the sink again when you spit, and you start doing the maths on what the dentist will say this time and what it will cost. That is usually the frame of mind someone is in when they land on the Renew Dental video. The page promises a lot: a 10-second ritual that rebuilds teeth and gums, furious dentists, a secret from an African tribe. Those are the seller's claims, and nothing on the page backs them up. The scientific references are real papers, but they are anthropology studies on the oral health of Hadza hunter-gatherers, plus some unrelated work on pesticide residues and water filters. None of them tested this product. The page also carries the usual line that the FDA has not evaluated any of it. What actually turns up is a bottle of capsules you take daily. That is not automatically useless, some oral supplements have sensible ingredients in them. The trouble is the page never tells you what is inside, so you cannot judge it before you pay. Enamel that has already gone does not grow back, and gum disease gets treated, not supplemented away. If your gums are bleeding, put the money toward a hygienist appointment first.
