A follow-along exercise routine aimed at neck ache, tension headaches and a head that juts forward

Is it worth it?
You catch yourself in a shop window and your head is sitting out in front of your shoulders, like you're leaning in to read something. By four in the afternoon the base of your skull aches and a headache creeps up from there. That's who this is for. Forward Head Posture Fix is an exercise programme, not a gadget or a supplement. The approach behind it, deep cervical flexor training and postural correction, is ordinary physiotherapy with real clinical support, and the references on the page are genuine research on neck pain and head position rather than filler. That puts it ahead of most things sold in this corner of the market. Two honest caveats. Citing studies about an approach is not the same as testing this programme, and there are no published results on the programme itself. Also, one paper listed, the 2010 power posing study, has famously failed to replicate and doesn't support much. What you're really buying is a structured routine and someone telling you the order to do things in. If you'll do it most days for a couple of months, that's fair value next to a single physio appointment. If you want the ache gone by Friday, it won't be. Progress here is slow, dull and entirely about repetition.
Pros
- Built on exercise methods physios actually use
- No equipment, gym or appointments needed
- Cheap compared with a course of hands-on treatment
- References are real and you can look them up
Cons
- No published results on this specific programme
- Page doesn't say how long the routine takes or how many videos arrive
- Listed as recurring billing, which the sales page doesn't explain
- Useless unless you do it consistently for weeks
What you get
A digital download, not a device or a brace. Videos demonstrating a sequence of neck and upper back moves, plus a written manual to follow. You do the sequence yourself at home, no equipment, and repeat it regularly over weeks. The page text available is mostly a reference list, so confirm the exact file list, video count and session length before paying.
Before you buy
- Read the checkout page carefully for a recurring charge or a trial that rolls into one
- Note the refund window and how to claim it before you pay
- If you have arm numbness, shooting pain or a past neck injury, get checked by a clinician before self treating
Who it suits
Desk workers with mild, nagging neck stiffness who will actually do a short routine daily; not for acute pain or nerve symptoms
