TMJ No More review
A home exercise routine for jaw pain, clenching and grinding, not a cure for tinnitus

Is it worth it?
You wake up with a jaw that feels like it's been clenched all night, your ears ring, and the headaches have stopped being an event and started being the weather. Maybe you've already tried a night guard and it worked for a few months, then stopped. That's the spot this book is aimed at. TMJ No More is a self help ebook built around short daily jaw exercises, plus changes to diet, sleep and stress. Here's the fair part: gentle jaw exercises, posture work and stress reduction really are part of what dentists and physios suggest for jaw disorders, and having it written up as a routine you actually do each day has value. Plenty of people never get past being told to relax. The page promises far more than that, though. Healing TMJ and tinnitus permanently in seven days, for thousands of people, backed by 45,000 hours of research, is the seller's claim, and there's nothing offered you can check it against. Tinnitus in particular has plenty of causes that have nothing to do with your jaw. So it's worth it if you want a structured routine to try alongside proper care, and it costs less than a couple of physio sessions. It's not worth it if you're hoping to skip a diagnosis. Jaw pain can come from arthritis, a disc problem or a bad tooth, and a book can't tell those apart.

What you get
A digital book you download straight after paying, no physical copy is posted. The core is a set of short daily jaw exercises, around three minutes, plus chapters on the author's own long running TMJ story, diet and nutrition changes, sleep and stress habits, and a step by step plan to follow. The page doesn't spell out the length, the bonuses, or what support you get afterwards.
Before you buy
- Get the jaw pain looked at by a dentist or doctor first, so you know what you're treating
- Check the actual price and the refund window on the order page before paying
- Expect a PDF to read and work through yourself, not coaching or a personal plan
