Is it worth it?
You know the feeling. You turn your head or sit up too quickly and the room slides sideways for a few seconds. Or it lasts longer, and you start quietly planning your day around not having to stand up fast. That is usually what sends someone looking at something like this. Vertigenics is a capsule, two a day. The blend is zinc, chromium, alpha lipoic acid, green tea leaf, berberine HCL, resveratrol, milk thistle, cayenne fruit, Korean ginseng and banana leaf. If that reads more like a blood sugar and antioxidant formula than a balance one, you are not imagining it. Those ingredients have their research base in metabolism and general antioxidant activity, not the inner ear. The page says the formula supports your balance system but never points to a trial of the product or explains how any ingredient reaches the vestibular system. That is the seller's claim, offered without evidence. Worth knowing: dizziness often has a cause that is genuinely fixable. BPPV, the most common type, frequently clears with the Epley manoeuvre, which costs nothing. Inner ear infections, blood pressure medication, low iron and anxiety all cause it too. A doctor can tell you which one you have, and that matters far more than any capsule. Price runs $69 for one bottle down to $294 for six, with a 60 day refund promise.

- Get the dizziness diagnosed first, since BPPV and medication side effects have specific free or cheap fixes

Who it suits
