Is it worth it?
Vertigo doesn't get taken seriously until it's yours. You roll over in bed and the ceiling swings. You bend down to load the dishwasher and have to hold the counter for ten seconds until the room settles. It isn't painful, so it's awkward to explain to anyone, but you quietly start planning your day around it. That's usually the point someone goes looking for something like this. The program itself is a set of head and body position exercises, done in roughly a quarter of an hour, taught by video with a text version you can follow instead. The underlying idea isn't fringe. Position based exercises and repositioning moves are standard vestibular rehab, the kind of thing a physio would walk you through for the inner ear crystal type of dizziness, and plenty of people do get relief from them fairly quickly. Where I'd push back is the page's promise that these exercises treat all types of vertigo. That's the seller's claim, and the page offers nothing to back it. Dizziness comes from a lot of different places: inner ear, migraine, blood pressure, medication, occasionally something that needs looking into properly. Exercises that fit one cause can do nothing for another. Treat it as a cheap, low risk thing to try, ideally once you know what kind of dizziness you have, not instead of finding out.
Pros
- One off purchase, no ongoing billing
- Short exercises, no equipment needed
- Video and written versions of the same instructions
- Built on a real category of balance exercise, not a gadget
Cons
- Page never shows the price until you reach the order step
- Claims to treat every type of vertigo with no evidence given
- Useless if your dizziness isn't coming from the inner ear
What you get
A digital program you access after buying, built around a set of head and body position exercises you work through in about 15 minutes. It arrives as a video walkthrough of each movement, with a written transcript if you'd rather read than watch, plus a members login area. Nothing physical ships, there's no equipment, and it's a one off purchase rather than a subscription.
Before you buy
- If you haven't had your dizziness diagnosed, do that first, since the right exercise depends on the cause
- Check the price and the refund window at checkout, ClickBank handles the order and support
- If you have neck or back trouble, or you're prone to falls, run the movements past a doctor or physio
Who it suits
