Is it worth it?

You've probably got a list somewhere. Twenty addresses you flagged on Zillow at midnight, half of them already under contract by the time you called. That's the itch this kind of tool scratches: you're tired of being the fifth person to spot a deal, and you want something that watches the listings while you're at your day job. Reasonable thing to want. Here's the problem. BirdDogBot's own page currently says it's closed and not accepting new users. There's a login for people who already have accounts and a contact form, and that's it. No feature list, no pricing, no description of what the software actually does day to day. So there is nothing to evaluate and nothing to buy. The copyright runs to 2026 and the login still works, so it looks maintained rather than abandoned, and it's been around since 2011. It may reopen. But right now you cannot judge whether it finds deals in your county, what it costs monthly, or whether you can cancel easily, because the page tells you none of that. If you landed here from an ad or a link promising access, that link is out of date. Spend the evening on your local MLS feed, a county tax delinquency list, or driving for dollars instead. Check back in a few months if you're curious.

Pros

  • Existing accounts still work and support is reachable
  • Running since 2011, so not a brand new outfit
  • No risk of being charged right now, since sign-up is shut

Cons

  • Closed to new users, so you cannot actually buy it
  • Page gives no pricing, no feature list and no refund terms
  • No stated reopening date, so you're waiting on nothing specific

What you get

Right now, nothing. The page is a closed sign: no sign-up, just a login for existing account holders, a video and a contact form. From the name and page title it's a web-based search tool aimed at investors and wholesalers looking for properties. Beyond that the page lists no features, no plans and no pricing at all.

Before you buy

  • Confirm sign-ups have reopened before trusting any link that promises access
  • If it reopens, ask what it costs monthly and how cancellation works, since it's a recurring charge
  • Ask whether it covers listings in your actual market before paying anything
