Is it worth it?
If you're staring down the CPC and you've either never sat it or you've already failed it once (or twice, or more), the thing eating at you probably isn't whether you know coding. It's the format. Five hours and forty minutes, 150 questions, your code books open, and no real sense of what the questions will look like until you're in the room. That's the gap this fills.
