A 100 day structure for turning a vague AI business idea into something you actually ship

Is it worth it?

You've probably got a folder of half-started ideas and forty tabs open about AI tools, and no idea which one is actually a business. That's the gap this is aimed at. It's a 100 day structured plan for building a one-person business, broken into ten blocks of ten days, and each block ends with you having written something concrete rather than just watched a video. The structure is the product. Day 10 you pin down a niche and the specific pain point. Day 30 you work out what actually triggers someone to buy. Day 40 you decide your tools. Day 80 you set prices. Day 90 you write down what you'd do if the platform you depend on bans you, which is the bit most courses skip and is genuinely useful. What it won't do is give you an idea. Every deliverable is a template you fill in with your own research, so if you turn up empty handed you'll be staring at blank frameworks. The page talks about building a highly profitable business and shows nothing about what anyone has actually earned from it, so treat that as the seller's pitch rather than a forecast. At $199 it's the cost of a couple of months of software. If deadlines are what you're missing, this supplies them. If you've already got traction, you'll outgrow it fast.

Pros

  • Every ten days ends in a finished document, not just a lesson
  • Covers pricing and risk planning, which most starter courses skip
  • One payment, no ongoing subscription
  • Cheaper than a single session with most business coaches

Cons

  • Frameworks only, you still have to supply the idea and do the research
  • Page doesn't say what format arrives (PDF, video, portal) or whether anyone reviews your work
  • No refund terms or evidence for the profit claims stated on the page

What you get

Ten numbered 10-day blocks, each ending in a document you produce yourself: a niche heatmap, a competitor teardown, a funnel blueprint, an MVP and tool stack plan, a brand kit, a marketing channel plan, a moat positioning plan, a pricing and profit model, and a risk and continuity checklist. Day 100 pulls it into one business plan, plus an invite to a founders group.

Before you buy

  • Confirm the $199 is a one-off and check the refund window before paying
  • Ask what actually gets delivered on day one and whether all 100 days unlock immediately
  • Be honest about whether you can give it a few hours a week for three months, the calendar is the whole point

Who it suits

Someone with time and a rough idea who keeps stalling for lack of structure
