Is it worth it?

You've decided to try going vegan, maybe for health, maybe for the animals, maybe because you just feel sluggish. First few days go fine. Then it's Wednesday night, you're tired, the fridge has half a bag of spinach in it, and you genuinely cannot think of a single thing to make. That's the gap this fills. It's a 114 page PDF plus a printable calendar that tells you what to eat, every day, for a month, so the decision is already made before you get home. Jeff Mitchell, who wrote it, frames it as the difference between people who stick with it and people who quit. That's his claim, not a proven one, and the sales page leans on weight loss language without any evidence behind it. Judge it as what it actually is: a structured month of recipes and a shopping and kitchen guide. On that, it's reasonable. Where it falls down is the usual PDF problem. The recipes are fixed, so if you hate mushrooms or you're cooking for a family with other opinions, you'll be rewriting things. It also won't tell you anything about B12, iron or protein in any medical sense. Useful scaffolding for month one, not a long-term reference.

Pros

  • A full month planned out, no daily decisions
  • Printable calendar you can stick on the fridge
  • Instant download, start the same day
  • Covers the boring practical stuff like restocking cupboards

Cons

  • Fixed recipes, no swaps if you have allergies or picky eaters
  • No real nutrition guidance on B12, iron or protein
  • Sales page pushes weight loss without backing it up
  • Price only shows at checkout, and the 80 percent off framing is permanent

Before you buy

  • Check the actual price and the refund window at checkout before paying
  • Skim whether the recipes use ingredients your local shops stock
  • If you have a medical condition or take medication, talk to a doctor about the diet change, not a PDF
